FULL REFURBISHEMNT AND LINKING OF TWO RAISED GROUND AND ONE LOWER GROUND APARTMENTS WITHING A GRADE I LISTED APARTMENT BUILDING

Super Prime Residential Refurbishment and Consolidation - Project and Build Cost £1.8mil

Refurbishment and linking of 3No apartments at ground and raised ground floors in high end Grade I listed development, situated off the Kings Road in London. This required very careful management of the complexes managing agents and complete daily protection and protection removal of common parts for the purposes of material and plant deliveries. Once completed the Apartment became the largest in the entire building filling up an entire wing of the Grade I listed building which used to be an old hospital. The work was undertaken alongside TFFA and our responsibilities where tender and construction package production to include all bathroom, joinery and specialist stair design throughout, co-ordination of Boffi kitchen installation as well as general project management throughout the build which was completed to an excellent standard by Seacon Ltd.
