Complete empty shell fit out of exclusive penthouse apartment benefitting from views across London and to Chelsea football grounds. Form GB prepared the tender and construction information and project managed the works from start through to completion working alongside Debbie Beaumont Interiors. The apartment was fitted out to provide 5 bedrooms, large open plan living kitchen and dining area, separate Cinema and Entertainment room with David Linley furniture and benefitted form a roof terrace where an Indian Ocean outside kitchen unit was installed. Form GB had to make arrangements for private access via an existing Schneider lift system via a key turn to access the penthouse floor. We hope you enjoy this work, we certainly did. Access throughout the build was via scaffold erected to the the side of the building and including its own goods lift throughout the works and careful management of building management relations.
