When our Client came to us with this property it was a real state, quite likely squatted at some stage and with very old electrics and plumbing. Our Client just like us saw the potential in this dilapidated Conservation Area town house backing onto industrial estates on the Wandsworth gyratory. We attained planning with only one condition, to build the mansard slope to a 70 degree angle to follow the local conservation area style and the plans were passed. As this was a development for onward sale our Client was on a very strict low budget. This was no show home, but we think that for just over 120k the property was completely and successfully transformed into a family home and certainly updated to a more modern living standard with improved insulation.
