Form GB were responsible for the tender, construction package and architectural detailing for this project which was designed by developers who also got planning for it. Form GB acted as architectural project manager based on site for 2 days per week throughout the construction process, overseeing the detailing and information issue throughout the project. Form GB were responsible for structural and services co-ordination as well as quality control and general negotiator between Client team and the contractor for this 4,000 sq ft luxury single family home.
