Residential Refurbishment and Extension - Project and Build Cost £820kA full refurbishment to a grand 5 bedroom house in Wimbledon with a two storey extension to the main house and an extension to the rear of the garage and with a basement extension under the garage to provide a new self contained annex. Form GB were called in on this project as project managers once it became clear that the project had got into trouble and were responsible for minimising delay and for the on-site delivery of the project as well as its quality control. Form GB also carried out a good portion of the detailing for some of the trickier junctions that linked the garden, annex and main house terrace as well as overseeing the structural installation.
