SINGLE STOREY KITCHEN EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT FOR A PHOTOGRAPHER

A small and beautiful residential extension on a very low budget. Our client didn’t have a lot of funds not a lot of time, especially given the amount of objections received at planning stage, none the less we achieved planning approval for them and allowed them to have their open plan living space. The Client managed the build themselves and told us that they wished they had the funds to have employed us to do that in their behalf. We always have a lot of respect for those who do take on these smaller projects themselves and are on hand to guide and consult throughout that process on an ad-hoc basis. Really well done guys!
